When you're used to handling everything, it can be hard to admit that it's become too much.

You may still be getting everything done. You're showing up for work, your family, your relationships, and everyone who depends on you. But underneath all of that, you might feel overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, exhausted, or like there's simply no room left for you.

Therapy can give you a place to put some of that down, figure out what's actually contributing to how you're feeling, and make changes that help life feel more manageable.

You might recognize yourself here.

Maybe you…

Replay conversations long after they're over and wonder if you said the wrong thing.

Say yes when you really want to say no, then feel resentful afterward.

Feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy.

Have a hard time shutting your brain off, even when you finally have time to relax.

Feel overwhelmed by the mental load of work, home, relationships, or parenting.

Know something needs to change, but aren't quite sure what that change should look like.

You don't have to wait until you're completely burned out to do something about it.

Areas I Can Help With

Anxiety & Overthinking

Your brain is always three steps ahead, replaying what already happened or preparing for what might happen next. We can work on understanding your anxiety, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and finding practical ways to feel more grounded.

Overwhelm & Burnout

When you're carrying too much for too long, even small things can start to feel like one more thing you can't handle. We'll look at what's taking up your capacity, what can change, and how to create more realistic expectations, boundaries, and breathing room.

Boundaries & People-Pleasing

You know you can't keep saying yes to everything, but saying no brings guilt, anxiety, or fear of disappointing someone. Therapy can help you understand those patterns, communicate your needs, and set boundaries without feeling like you're doing something wrong.

Life Transitions

Sometimes the hardest seasons aren't necessarily bad ones. A new job, becoming a parent, changing relationships, caregiving, loss, or simply realizing that what used to work for you doesn't anymore can leave you feeling unsettled. Therapy gives you space to figure out what comes next.

Relationships & Communication

Relationships can be a major source of connection, but they can also be a major source of stress. We can work on communication, conflict, family dynamics, changing relationship patterns, and figuring out how to stay connected to others without losing yourself in the process.

Others Areas

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. If what you’re going through isn’t listed here, we can still talk about it and decide together if therapy is a good fit for your needs and goals.

My Approach

Therapy that's more than just talking about your week.

Sometimes you need space to talk things through. Other times you need someone to help you recognize a pattern, look at something differently, or figure out what to actually do next.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other strategies based on what you're experiencing and what feels useful.

We might work on identifying thought patterns, practicing boundaries, improving communication, developing healthier coping strategies, or simply understanding why you keep finding yourself in the same frustrating cycle.

The goal isn't to become a completely different person. It's to help you understand yourself better and make changes that allow your life to feel more manageable.

Is This the Kind of Support You're Looking For?

My practice is designed for adults who are looking for individual therapy and want to take an active role in creating change.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on before starting. You just need to be open to exploring what's happening and trying something different.

I currently provide individual therapy for adults ages 18+ throughout Pennsylvania. I do not provide therapy for children or adolescents, and I do not offer couples counseling.

Sometimes another provider or type of treatment may be a better fit for what you're experiencing. If that comes up, I'll be honest about it and help point you toward appropriate resources whenever possible.
